2baba acknowledges wife Annie’s overwhelming love in reality TV series

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, has made a candid revelation about his wife Annie’s intense love for him.

During a conversation with South African media personality Khanyi Mbau on the reality TV series “Young, Famous, and African Reality Show,” 2Baba openly admitted that his wife’s affection exceeds his own and can sometimes be overwhelming.

In excerpts from the show that have been circulating online, the renowned singer and father of seven expressed his admiration for Annie’s deep love.

He humbly acknowledged that while he appreciates her affection, he may not always reciprocate it to the same extent. According to 2Baba, Annie’s overwhelming love can occasionally be intimidating or “scary” to him.

Khanyi had asked 2Baba, “Do you know how much she loves you? She will burn herself to keep you warm.”

Replying, the African Queen crooner said,

“I think I do….I think. You know…I feel it. Yeah, I feel it. It’s scary sometimes. She has always shown me how much she loves me. She shows it more than I do…..I recognise where I have done wrong.”

“I recognise where I should step up my game. Sometimes, I still slack but besides all of that, it still depends on you as an adult. The truth is, there are some things that I can’t fix. The ultimate level of happiness does not depend on anybody else but you.” He added.
