117 new Coronavirus cases in Nigeria as toll hits 782
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday announced 117 new cases of the novel coronavirus in Nigeria. The toll now sits at 782.
In a tweet, the NCDC said 59 cases were recorded in Lagos and 29 in FCT, 14 in Kano, 6 in Borno, 4 in Katsina and 3 in Ogun. Rivers and Bauchi recorded one each.
A total of 25 persons have died from the virus while 197 persons have recovered.
