The kidnapped twins of Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, High Chief Lekan Balogun have regained their freedom. The twins were said to have been released in Lagos. The Olubadan second-in-command, who confirmed the release Tuesday evening, however, said a ransom of N10 million was paid for the release of the twins, a boy and a girl.
