Why P-Square remains king of Nigerian music videos

Published

It remains a shocker that none of Wizkid, Tiwa Savage and Olamide’s music videos have yet to make the top list of most-watched Nigerian music videos on YouTube.

Despite their growing fan base globally, and the increase of Internet users in Nigeria, P-Square, Yemi Alade, Timaya and D’banj continue to lead.

Looking at P-Square, the pop duo alone command a total view count of 164 million on this list.

Three of their visuals are among the most viewed Nigerian music videos ever.

While we wait for the first Nigerian artiste to reach 100 million YouTube views, these are the eight most watched Nigerian music videos of all time.
