A Dispatch Rider and Cyclist is needed at Kwiiki- A leading urban logistics platform provider in Lagos, positioned to unleash the creativity, energy and economic potential of African youth and businesses by enabling the most affordable and fastest means of delivering goods on demand, connecting merchants and buyers.

Role Summary
We are in need of experienced dispatch riders and cyclists who will be able to perform the following tasks:
-Deliver goods and services through the use of bicycles/motorcycles, or use public conveyances to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials.
-Receive information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions, communicated via telephone, mobile app, or in person.
-Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods.
-Always be in constant communication with the office concerning the delivery status until delivery is successful.
-Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.
-Load bicycles/ motorcycles with listed goods, and possibly sort items collected along delivery routes ensuring that goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with fragile goods.

Requirement
Applicants should have:
-Driver’s license and other permit documents up-to-date (for dispatch riders).
-Must possess a valid means of identification.
-Must have 6 months experience as a dispatch rider/ cyclist.
-Must be good in written and spoken English.
-Must be able to operate and use a smart phone.
