A Business Development Consultant (Lagos) is needed at GTC- A leading capacity development organisation delivering training and consulting solutions to individuals and organisations in emerging economies; with world class training destinations and physical presence in London, Houston, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Accra, Cape Town, Nairobi, Dar Es Salaam, Addis Ababa, Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Uyo.

Role Summary
-Promote sales and secure business from existing and prospective clients;
-Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs;
-Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients;
-Make daily telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients;
-Updating daily activity and result reports on a CRM;
-Resolve customer complaints; Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and targets.

Requirement
-Relevant academic qualifications;
-five years’ work experience selling Training and Consulting services to public and private sector clients;
-Able to work with minimal supervision;
-Self Motivated;
-Good oral and written communication skills; Neat and corporate personal appearance; Computer proficiency;
-Able to multitask;
-Strong work and productivity ethics;
-Able to deliver on timelines, activity and revenue targets;
-Professionalism;
-Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
-Interpersonal skills;
-Presentation skills;
-Customer focus;
-Teamwork and collaboration skills.
