The World Bank Group (WBG) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Administrative Assistant in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

WBG has set 2 ambitious goals to push extreme poverty to no more 3 percent by 2030, and to promote shared prosperity and greater equity in the developing world.

Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will perform the following functions-
-Provide primary assistance and support to the Resource Management Team in receiving and dispatching of documents.
-Follow up of administrative purchases.
-Handle routine work including receiving invoices from vendors, writing checks, filing of accounting documents.
-Act as custodian in the handling of checks and petty cash.
-Monitor vehicles and generator fuel consumption and maintenance costs, and other equipment.
-Prepare letters from the Resource Management unit which go to Awash or National Bank for signature by the Country Director or acting.

Eligibility
Applicants must have-
-High school diploma with 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Bachelor degree preferred.
-Nationality of Ethiopia.
