The University of Portsmouth offers the Global Outreach: Access to Learning (GOAL) Awards for international students who wish to pursue a full time undergraduate or full time postgraduate course of study at the university.
The GOAL Awards are bursaries that give the successful student a 10% fee reduction on his/her first year of study, and it applies to all degree courses. Only applicants who have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes can access this award.
You do not need to apply for these bursaries – eligible applicants will be awarded automatically. The discounted fee will be stated on your Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS).

The value of this bursary award amounts to a reduction in fees. This takes the form of a 10% fee reduction, effective at the time of registration and will only apply to the first year of study.
Once you have found a course, you can view the application details on the course page. Each course page will cover the entry requirements and level of language required for international students (more here).
