The long arm of the law in Uganda–because I’m not sure the law has a long arm in some other African countries–has caught the drunk white man in the viral video attacking hotel staffs.
Jimmy Taylor was caught on camera attacking an employee of Grand Imperial Hotel, Kampala.
Taylor has been detained at the Central Police Station, Kampala on charges of assault.
In a video which has since gone viral, the American pastor is seen pursuing a hotel employee and slapping him several times on claims that he “disgraced Jesus.”

The Ugandan man, who is referred to in the video as Francis, remained calm the entire time, even as Taylor kept calling him derogatory names.
This made the pastor even more angry and he slap the employee on the back of his head.
A man in a blue shirt who attempted to intervene is caught in the tussle as Taylor tells him off.
““NO! NO! You obey what I say. I don’t obey you. Open my f****** room now! You b**** Look at me! Look at Christ who died for you,” the American says.

At one point, he even tries to hug the man in the blue shirt amidst the insults.
Below is the statement issued by police in Kampala:
“Footage from security television cameras installed showed a foreigner, identified later as Mr Jimmy .L.Taylor punching and humiliating a hotel employee.
Upon police efforts to effect his arrest Taylor spat on, turned rowdy, uncontrollable and tried to disarm policemen.
During the questioning, the American National confessed to having attacked the victim. He  claimed an illness caused him to suffer stress that drove him to attack the hotel staff.
The suspect who claims to be a missionary and an ex US Marine is currently detained at Central Police Station Kampala on charges of assault and malicious damage as investigations are ongoing .
