Look at yourself in the mirror.

What do you see? How do you INTERPRET what you see?

Do you see a winner or a loser ?
Do you focus on how short you are and forget how quick you are to help people?
Do you focus on how bad your dentition is and forget how people admire the fact that you are intelligent?
Do you focus on how you have not written a book but forget how your speeches have touched at least one soul?
Do you focus on your body deficiency and forget how your face lights up when you have an opportunity to help?

Permit me to wipe your lenses through which you see a blurry version of yourself
Permit me to tell you how amazing you are
Permit me to say you are just perfect the way you are
Permit me to say though you are comfortable in your skin, you would not stop striving to the better version of yourself.
Permit yourself to LOVE YOU

Self love is loving you as you are
Self love is eliminating comparing thoughts about other supposedly successful people
Self love is knowing you are born with a special light customised just for you to shine to the world
Self love is standing firm with your principles
Self love is honoring your body and eating right
Self love is eliminating negativity
Self love is saying daily affirmations and whispering sweet words to yourself
Self love is doing only what is best for you
Self love is refusing to dim your light to make someone else comfortable
Self love is acknowledging your efforts and eliminating negative self talks
Self love is knowing what you want and all that you can be.
Self love is refusing to be intimidated
Self love is loving yourself over and over again
Self love is teaching people how to respect you
Self love is knowing you deserve so much more

Self love is not obsessions that does not make you take corrections
Self love is not being overly full of yourself
Self love is not arrogance
Self love is not selfish

Self love is creating a balance between the real you and the perceived you by people.

I LOVE ME , DO YOU LOVE YOU?
