According to reports, The management of the College of Education, Akwanga in the Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, has expelled 22 students over alleged examination malpractices.
This was contained in a statement by the school authorities, signed by the academic board of the college, a copy of which was made available to our correspondent in Lafia on Tuesday.
The Registrar of the college, Mr. Audu Mangut, confirmed this to our correspondent in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.
He, however, disclosed that one of the affected students had dragged the college to court.
“I will not speak further without clearance from the Provost,” Mangut said.
