Get Ready To Be Wowed: Here Are Some Of The Things Google Unveiled At It’s Launch.

Google is trending – and for the right reasons too. At its Pixel launch event, Google showcased tons of hardware devices which promised to deliver an unmatched performance with a unique combination of software, hardware, and AI. Let me introduce some of these hardware products to you.

You can thank me by getting me one of them; I won’t mind, seriously.

Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL

First things first, Google launched the new iteration of their flagship Pixel smartphone. Aptly named Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, these devices with bumped up specifications come with improved capabilities. Pixel 2 devices have an aluminum body, water resistance, better battery life, Active Edge feature, Always-On display, better Google Assitant, Portrait Mode camera, AR Stickers, and more.

Pixelbook

At Google Pixel launch event, the company unveiled its latest Chromebook, named Pixelbook. It features a 12.3-inch touchscreen high-resolution display. You get to choose from Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. Google Pixelbook is 10mm thin and just 1kg in weight. It features a 4-in-design that allows you to use in a tablet mode as well.

Home Mini, Home Max

Google also decided to expand its Home family with two new devices. New Home Mini is a $99 speaker that competes directly with Amazon’s Echo Dot. It comes in three attractive colors and connects with any Chromecast enabled speaker wirelessly.

Home Max is the bigger member of the Home family with 20-times more powerful sound as compared to the standard Home device. It’ll be available in two colors.

Clips

Google Clips is a new tiny camera launched at Google Pixel hardware event. It’s powered by an AI engine that makes the camera smarter with time. Clips can detect people and objects. It has a camera shutter button and a companion app as well for remote operation. It also captures motion photos named Clips.

Pixel Buds

After ditching headphone jack, Google unveiled Pixel Buds. These are the company’s first wireless earbuds. These circular gizmos come with gesture control for adjusting volume, switching songs, etc. Pixel Buds come in three colors black, white, and blue with a price tag of $159.

Daydream View

At Google hardware event, the company launched a new generation of Daydream View VR headsets. Their controller and basic features are same as first Daydream View headsets. The newer design and look is pleasant. It comes in three colors and sells at $99.
