Sam Adeyemi in prayers with some guest speakers
The first two speakers, Pastor Sam Adeyemi and his wife, Pastor Nike Adeyemi have spoken and their sessions were highly insightful.
The ebullient Nike Adeyemi spoke on Empowering With Love. She stressed the need for leaders and parents to live beyond now with generations to come in mind.
Pastor Sam spoke on High Impact Leadership while Pastor Nike spoke on Empowerment with Love and from her session, it’s easy to see that she’s a great mother.
Sam Adeyemi stressed the need for leaders to give power away. “Don’t micromanage them. Allow them to make mistakes. When you delegate, you don’t lose power. You multiply power. ,” he said.

There was a break at 11:22 for people to digest the knowledge from the first two sessions (so that people will not be constipated with knowledge) and get some refreshment.
The second session begun at 11:45 with an intense praise session. shortly afterwards, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong Executive Chairman Jospong Group of Companies, took to the stage to speak on the DNA Of An Entrepreneur. He focused on ‘Empowered To See’ citing the story of Adam and how he named all the animals to deliberate on the potential to see and name things.
He further went on to tell the tale of his journey as an entrepreneur in Ghana.
After his lecture, Pastor Sam had sit-down Q&A session with him. Pastor Sam started the Q&A session by asking one of the most salient questions on the mind of every prospective entrepreneur; The question of capital and how to get it.
Dr Agyepong maintained that the way to break the capital barrier is first attitudinal. He stated that the I CAN DO SPIRIT always breaks the barrier of capital.
The Q&A spanned several topics including mentoring and the Dr. Agyepong’s personal life and marriage.

At the end of the Q&A session, Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong prayed for the congregation. 
Right from the Red Carpet Interviews conducted at the event, it was very evident that people were blessed beyond measures and mindsets were reconfigured
