DJ Xclusive Dragged And Defended For Saying ‘Black Panther’ is Overrated
Just after ‘Black Panther’ entering its second week of screening in cinemas, with many positive reviews keep popping out day after day, with people pledging their allegiance to the fictional African country Wakanda, Nigeria’s Superstar DJ Xclusive feels otherwise about the movie.
According to DJ Xclusive who acknowledged that the movie production was lit and the actors delivered, however the movie is overrated.
He tweeted;
The production for black panther is amazing…..the cast did well but there’s just something about the movie that makes it abit overrated
The great thing about black panther was th production, the cast trying to speak/sound African, but fight scenes…not impressed and the story line was cliche.. I actually preferred the villain to the main actor.

The final fight scene between the king and his cousin (the other panther guy) wasn’t great… I expected a serious showdown… seeing as he lost the first battle with the guy.
Away from DJ Xclusive’s banter with his followers, Forbes just reported that Black Panther is the third-biggest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie in North America. The MCU flick earned $8.1 million on its 11th day of release, down 77% from Sunday (Deadpool dropped 73% on its 11thday) and down 80% from its (holiday) first Monday (Deadpool took a 77% drop under identical circumstances. For the record, even if the film ends up only as leggy than Deadpool going forward, that still gets it to $619m domestic, or just over/under The Last Jedi.
Anyway, this puts the MCU action drama’s 11-day domestic total at $411.7 million. Yes, it is already past Captain America: Civil War ($408 million in 2016) and Iron Man 3 ($409m in 2013) to be the third-biggest MCU grosser. And it’s pennies away from topping Wonder Woman ($412.5m in 2017). Once it tops Wonder Woman, presumably by the end of this sentence, Black Panther will be the fifth-biggest comic book superhero movie of all time in unadjusted North American grosses, behind only The Dark Knight Rises ($448m in 2012), Avengers: Age of Ultron ($458m in 2015), The Dark Knight ($534m in 2008) and The Avengers ($623m).
