Lagos-based Pentecostal church, Daystar Christian Centre, under the leadership of her Senior Pastors, Sam and Nike Adeyemi has announced the commencement of Saturday worship services.

In a mega-city like Lagos, where many people would love to be in church on Sundays but for unusual schedules and work demands, Daystar’s Saturday worship service offers people that unique privilege to worship God at their convenience.

According to a statement signed by the church’s Chief Operating Officer, Kenny Folarin, the innovative service will debut “from April 7th, 2018 at PLOT A3C Ikosi Road, Oregun Ikeja Lagos between 6pm-7.15pm.”

“This Saturday worship service would be in addition to our normal Sunday worship services; 7am, 8.45am, 10.30am and 12.15pm. Worshipers now have options of attending based on their schedules and preferences,” he continues.

“Our mission of raising role models in the society is achieved through visible transformation in your lives, businesses and families. Daystar Christian Centre, a home of Stars and mega stars, is very distinct. Joining us as we begin this unique service is one of the right decisions you will be making from the new quarter.”

Prior to now, the only church known to hold major worship services on Saturday is the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Over the years, through varied platforms, Daystar has proven herself as a forward-thinking church with genuine passion for people.

From the modest lifestyle of the senior pastors to their renowned empowering Daystar Leadership Academy, the introduction of 4 Sunday services which span from early hours on Sunday through noon, including the newly established Tola Seedy led youth church – The Star Hub – where young inspired minds find expression, to the Lekki and Badagry centres which saves members of the church who live on the Island the stress of driving to and fro the Mainland, it could be safe to say Daystar Christian Centre is very well at the centre of achieving its vision to raise role models globally.
