Samson Abioye Memorial scholarship is a scholarship meant for Nigerian undergraduates who are in need of financial assistance.
Samson Abioye (25 March 1991 – 28 July 2017) was a Nigerian computer programmer and internet entrepreneur. In 2013, he co-founded pass.ng, a self-testing online platform which helps students practice for national examinations, while studying at Ladoke Akintola University Of Technology as an undergraduate. Until his demise, he was pass.ng’s CEO.

N50,000 each to 10 students

Eligibility
-Must be a Full-time undergraduate student of any tertiary Institution in Nigeria
-Must be able to show evidence of Studentship of your institution e.g ID-CARD, DOCKET e.t.c.
-Must have a minimum of 3.5 CGPA on a scale of 5.0 for University students and 3.0 CGPA on a Scale of 4.0 for Polytechnic and college Students.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Passport photograph
-A snapshot of your current result/transcript
-Student identification (ID card or Docket)
-Your essays in PDF or word document

Application
Write an essay on the following topics:
a. As a Nigerian youth, what can you do to make a difference in Nigerian education and how will you do it? (Not more than 1500 words.)
b. How will you utilize this fund (N50,000) if you are selected as a beneficiary? (Not more than 350 words.)
