The United States Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking proposals from organisations for its NGO Projects Benefiting Refugees in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Protection; including Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response and support for vulnerable groups
Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
Livelihoods
Rwanda
Protection;including child protection, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, and support for vulnerable groups
Health – priority will be given to life-saving basic preventative and curative healthcare assistance
Tanzania
Protection; including child protection, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, and support for vulnerable groups
Health – priority will be given to life-saving basic preventative and curative healthcare assistance
Livelihoods
Education – priority will be given to projects that demonstrate coordination with national education plans and other development planning processes
Uganda
Protection; including child protection, addressing gender-based violence (GBV), and supporting vulnerable groups
Life-saving basic preventative and curative healthcare assistance
Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH)
Livelihoods
Education – priority will be given to projects that demonstrate coordination with national education plans and other development planning processes

Funding
Award Ceiling: $3,000,000
Award Floor: $500,000

Eligibility
-Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
-Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
