A successful investor does not focus mostly on results but the plan or the path that he can use to create more from their investment. Its not a one time plan but one that can be used for decades, they write it down and plan well without haste, they know failure to plan is planning to fail.

Investment is act of investing money with hope of making a profit, but sometimes losses occur and this does not make investors lose their focus because loosing is part of winning. They focus on their plan to get what they want. Even if they deviate from their plan which happens most of the time they quickly get back to their plan and focus on their goal.

To be a successful investor is not a one man show, there is no single successful investor who has being able to make it in business world alone only those who are not or want to be successful think they can make it solo. A successful investor or entrepreneur has a team of expert who he works with to achieve his goal. They could be professionals like him or people with knowledge about what he wants to achieve.
- They love boredom
Almost every new investor gets excited when he or she have a great idea that will make him wealth, he plans how to go about it and start off well but at the middle of the work boredom sets in and the mind wants something new. If the great idea he had is not producing faster results he gets bored, quits and starts looking for something new. A successful investor follows his plan to the end adjusting to what needs to be adjusted, he keep his time and schedule everything that needs to be done even if he is bored he knows at what time to work.

No successful investor becomes successful through opinions given by people about a hot tip on a particular investment, they gather their research about their great idea and they build a company out of that idea. They know well that to make it you have to be disciplined and patient.
