Independence means differently to each person. You have to constantly fight for it, make sacrifices to attain it, and make your own definition of it to truly treasure your journey to your own independence.In order to achieve personal independence in life, there are some required ingredients, here are some of them;
- Define Your Destination
Whenever you embark upon any new venture the first thing to do is visualize the destination, the goal, the dream, or the result that you are working towards.
- Plan Your Route
There are many ways to travel from Point A to Point B, and invariably it’s not in a straight line. Identify your benchmarks you wish to set in place along the way, for that smaller time frame period, that will guide you towards your destination and think of what are you going to do on a daily basis to build towards your defined destination.
- Anticipate The Best
Expect doors to open. Give your best without any expectation of return. While opportunities wait to be revealed, always continue in a state of preparation. Don’t gravitate to the worst. Refuse to be drawn to the negative. Think well. Think great. Speak possibility. Fill your mouth with faith and eradicate fear through a positive confession. Read and listen to materials that helps you stay positive.

Before you actually are, act like you are. It is left for you to imbed into your subconscious that you deserve success. Visualise it, walk, talk and dress the part. All future success cannot but come your way because through your actions, speech, and habits, you can become a success magnet.
- Take The Risk
If you don’t ever leave the shore you will never get to the other side of the river. There comes a point where you have to leap the leap of faith. Do your homework. Have a plan in place.
